What is a palindrome?

Palindromes are words or phrases that read the same in both directions, e. g. EYE, or MADAM.

Here are a few good ones:

  1. Don't nod
  2. God saw I was dog
  3. Never odd or even
  4. Was it Eliot's toilet I saw?
  5. No, it never propagates if I set a gap or prevention
  6. Oozy rat in a sanitary zoo
  7. Some men interpret nine memos
  8. Do geese see God?
  9. Madam, in Eden I'm Adam
  10. Sums are not set as a test on ErasmusLisa Bonet ate no basil
  11. Dennis sinned
