- Môžete začat svoje Skype Lessons akonáhle sa Vaša platba objaví na našom účte. Budeme Vás o tom informovať e-mailom. / You can start your Skype Lessons immediately after your payment is on our account. We will inform you by e-mail.
- Jedna hodina = 60 minút. / One lessons = 60 minutes
- Čas Skype hodín si dohadujete so Skype učiteľom. / You arrange the time of your Skype Lessons with your Skype teacher.
- Skype hodiny začínajú, keď sa učiteľ s Vami skontaktujte cez Skype správu v dohodnutom čase. / Skype lessons start when your teacher contacts you through Skype message at arranged time.
- Ak ste offline, učiteľ čaká 20 minút. Ak nie ste pripojení ani po 20 minútach, hodina je započítaná ako odučená hodina. / If you are offline, your teacher waits for 20 minutes. If you are not online after 20 minutes, the lesson is charged as a full lesson.
- Ak na hodinu meškáte, túto nie je možné predĺžiť a je započítaná ako celá hodnia. / If you are late for the lesson, this cannot be prolong in any way and is charged as a full lesson.
- V prípade zrušenia dohodnutej hodiny sa započítava 100% z ceny hodiny. / In case of cancellation of the arranged lesson there is 100% charge of the common price of the lesson.
- Nemáte nárok nahrávať alebo prenášať poskytnutú/é Skype hodinu/y, ani nijakú jej/ich časť. Všetky práva sú vyhradené a akékoľvek ich porušenie bude riešené právnou cestou. / You are not permited to record or transmit any Skype lesson or its part. All rights are reserved and any breach will be solved the legal way.
